Dr. Palacios hails from Columbia where he attended the Universidad del Valle Medical School.  He completed his anesthesia residency at the University of Florida and then completed a cardiac anesthesia fellowship at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.  He enjoys performing anesthesia for cases involving cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures.  In his free time he enjoys playing tennis, golfing, soccer, reading literature, astronomy, and traveling.
